Colin Wilson
Colin Wilson's first book, The Outsider(1956), is easily his most famous, but he has been prolific in almost all genres for a half-century now. His bibliography currently stands at well over a hundred books, on subjects which must have him represented in all aisles of any bookstore. Apart from the philosophical and literary studies and the seventeen novels, he has written about sex, music, crime, alcohol, Atlantis, and on almost every occult/paranormal topic.
His newest volume of autobiography is due out in America in May, 2005 (it has been out in England since last year). It contains additional material on the topic which is the focus for his guest contribution at Today in Literature - "The Rise and Fall of the Angry Young Men."
